We, Allines Valves Private Limited, a renowned manufacturer and supplier of a high-quality and long-lasting range of forged steel valves, lined valves, check valves, butterfly valves, diaphragm valves, knife gate valves, etc under the brand name ALLINES, were founded in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, in 2001. Features such as high strength, sturdiness, corrosion resistance, excellent finish, ease of installation, and durability are highly valued in the offered selection.

We have established a solid reputation in this industry under the direction of Mr. Ajit Patel, the Director. According to API, ANSI, ASME, BS-EN, DIN, and BS standards, we manufacture a variety of industrial valves with sizes ranging from 15NB to 800NB and pressure ratings from 125 to 2500 We export our products to Bahrain, Dubai, and Kenya. With a combined experience of 23 years in design and manufacturing, our team comprises engineers, technocrats, managers, and other professional workers. Simple Inspection Policy for Allines Valves Private Limited:

• Every Valves are subjected to a 100% Pressure Test according to API 598 / BS 6755 / BS-EN requirements. Manufacturer’s material Test Reports and Inspection and Test Certifications are available upon request. Some of the additional inspections and tests performed are
• MVisual Inspection of Castings to MSS SP – 55
• Random Radiography Inspection of Body & Bonnet Castings to ASME B 16.34 Appendix B
• Random Chemical Composition and Physical Properties verification of Fasteners to ASTM A 193 /A – 194
•  Liquid Penetrate Inspection of Seatings
•  Receiving, In-Process and Final Dimensional Inspections to Relevant Valve Standard
• Other Inspections or tests can be performed or evaluation criteria applied when specified by the customer
