Epoxy coated body and stainless steel hardware provide minimum atmospheric corrosion
protection.
One piece ball and stem design resulting in higher pressure &
temperature rating and reducing the potential of ball or stem
failure.
• A two – piece Full port PFA lined ball valve which offers high
safety factor, high stability, rigidity and eliminates a potential
leakage path.
Antistatic device protects against against potentially dangerous
electrostatic discharges.

PLUG VALVE
Meet design specification as per BS 5353 / B 16.34 / Flange
dimensions as per B 16.5
• A one piece top entry PFA Lined Encapsulated taper plug design
provides maximum corrosion resistance.
The PFA body liner cover all wetted surface in the body and the
plug extends are sufficiently cover as well.
“T” – Slots matching will be a tight and perfect fit of the liner and
additional support during vacuum service
The Interface between the tapered outer plug and the tapered
linear body provides a 360⁰ primary sealing area.
In additional to large seating area the valve is fully bi-directional and the seal is totally
independent of pressure.

ALLINES” Y – Type Strainer have advanced dynamic flow path
and large filtration area elements to ensure low pressure loss.
Corrosion resistance PTFE Filter element made in various mesh
size as per customer requirement.
The filter insert can be changed or easily cleaned without
removing the filter from the line.
A Blow down Drain Plug made in solid PTFE rod. PTFE Drain
Plug removing the access flange when changing or cleaning
the filter.

PTFE LINED WAFER CHECK VALVE
A High Integrity PFA moulded wafer check valves body, with a fully
encapsulated one piece disc / hinge assembly ensuring maintenance
free service.
A valve that is designed to allow the fluid to flow in a given direction
but closes to prevent.
PFA Lined wafer swing check valves are ideal for use in highly corrosive
applications.
These valves can be used in horizontal and vertical installations due to
the special design with a face PTFE cover encapsulated body with both side.
PTFE Cover supports against the disc to achieve a seal : Open / Close positions within pipeline.
Equally gland follower provide uniform compression of packing.
Body:- MSS SP-81 requires the valve body to be designed for and
hydrostatically pressure tested to 1.5 times the rated working pressure.
The disc design can swing freely within piping system interference with the inside diameter of
the connecting pipe lines allows to suit both ASME 150# & DIN PN -10 / PN -16 systems.

ALINES” FLUOR-O-FLO® PVDF and PTFE Y-Strainers are especially well suited for use in removing spended solids from extremely corrosive or high-purity fluid streams.
